Preface

There are so many different books in this world, every one of them having a specific topic. The sample text may effect one person more than it will another. The important thing is, that the content should move those of you who have either experienced something similar or have empathy for those who have lived through these types of situations.

It is meant to explain the unexplained, that which one has been haunted and plagued by, not being able to put one's finger on it to claim a cause or a reaction. The one thing that leaves you baffled, because you knew the answer deep down inside of you, all of those years, and yet you ignored your inner voice's bellows. The feeling of emptiness, not the silence of unspoken words or of things left undone, but the void, which can only result through the loss of something shortly after birth, which seemed to be, after all, so familiar. Something so intimate and maybe even taken for granted. A life, within a life. The pivotal question, if pre-birth experiences can be sensed and remembered, is often asked.

This is the story, where the aforementioned is reality.

Show me an individual, who has never spent a moment of his cognitive state in the past, and I will show you a person who has never lived a conscious life. This story should reveal more than just the physical life form of a mere human being. It is meant to go deeper than that, deeper than just the body's cells and its essential life's preservation purposes. It is the emotional level, where I have dared to go. The feelings that cannot be put into words with the help of abstract lines called letters.

This story is supposed to affect those of us, who can sense things unknown to the human eye, things you cannot touch or see. In the end, it is your inner voice, inner guide, conscience or whatever term may define the meaning of knowing what you need to do in a specific situation, without having acquired any former knowledge on the topic, type of feeling, which usually leads you to produce a proper or adequate reaction helping you to achieve a positive outcome.

The story deals with a child, who didn't have the best childhood or upbringing. But who am I to say, that this child's experiences are worse than any other child's??? Who am I to say that one should feel sorry for this child??? This is not my intention. Every story is a one-sided story, as is this one. Two little eyes looking out into the world, seeing, feeling, learning. Who said that life would be fair??? Moreover, which child has never looked back and asked themselves, how would life have been different back then if .... ???
